Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 1/16/2025, in Case No.: 2024-CA-005631-O of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE COLONIES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and CFREE SOLUTIONS, INC., et al., are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of Court, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11 :00 a.m., online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on 5/29/2025, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Parcel 1: Unit C-1, The Colonies, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2919, Page 1906, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
