NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 23rd day of April, 2025, in Civil Action No. 2024-CA-2245, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which MARIE SLOTA, are the Defendants, and ABBINGTON VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 19th day of June, 2025, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Unit D-205 Abbington Village, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. Book 1540, Pages 1052 through 1110, inclusive, with any and all amendments thereto, together with all appurtenances thereto appertaining and specified in the Declaration of Condominium, all of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
