Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Agreed Order Granting Motion for Judicial Sale of Real Property entered on April 23, 2025, in Case number 24-CA-2456 of the circuit court of the 2oth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which BLUE HILL, LLC is plaintiff, and MALK HOLDINGS, LLC is the defendant, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, as the Clerk of Courts will sell at public sale the following-described real property:

The sale will be held on May 22, 2025, beginning at 11:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse, at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
