NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2025, and entered in Case No. 11-2024-CA-001115 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FAIRWORTH365 LLC is Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF HIPOLITO R. MARTINEZ, MARIA DE LOURDES, UNKNOWN TENANT I, UNKNOWN TENANT II AND ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH AND UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS are Defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on May 22, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF TRACT 28, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 71, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
ADDRESS: 3621 20th Ave. NE, Naples, FL 34120
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
