NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated January 3, 2025, wherein SALZBURG INVESTMENTS, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, the Plaintiff and CHAO GAO; JOSHUA SINCLAIR; AMY LEI LAWSON; and THE UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE PREMISES, now known as Jessie Mu, are the Defendants, the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash and subject to any and all liens and faults, on the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of June 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment.
Lots 3, 4, 5 & W 1/2 of Lot 6, Block 6, WHITFIELD ESTATES UNIT NO. 1, as per Plat Book 2, page 127A and 128A, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the Plaintiff and the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
