NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 16, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 2024 CA 005141 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR LHOME MORTGAGE TRUST 2023-RTL3, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2023-RTL3, Plaintiff and LIMANS 024 LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; JEFFREY ROSE, an Individual; ROSE RIVER CONSULTING, LLC; TRUSTLUXE INVESTMENTS, LLC; HUDDINGE VENTURE LLC A/K/A HUDDINGE VENTURES LLC are defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00AM on May 27, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
