NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Stipulated Order on Plaintiff's Motion for an Order to Show Cause Why the Defendant Should not be Held in Civil Contempt, entered in this action on the 9th day of September, 2024, Victor F. Crist, Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on Friday, June 20, 2025 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 2, Block 4, NORTHDALE SECTION “R,” according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 53, Page 22, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in Section “R” of the Northdale Civic Association, Inc., at 4310 Honey Vista Circle, Tampa, FL 33624-6713 (the “4310 Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
