Final Judgment was awarded on April 8, 2025 in Civil Case No. 24-CA-008783, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and GLENN ANDREW PAPP A/K/A GLENN A. PAPP; LINDA A. PAPP; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GLENN ANDREW PAPP A/K/A GLENN A. PAPP; CITY OF TAMPA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Victor Crist will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on June 11, 2025 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9. OF GOODWATER SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PUT BOOK 12,PAGE 64 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
