Final Judgment was awarded on August 23, 2024 in Civil Case No. 23-CA-005553, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE; ORLANDO FONSECA; IRMA BERMUDEZ; MYRRIAN BERMUDEZ; MILDRED BERMUDEZ; DAVIS BERMUDEZ A/K/A DAVID BERMUDEZ; DAISY BERMUDEZ; LUCY BERMUDEZ A/K/A LUCY GARCIA; JOSHUA BERMUDEZ; BRIAN BERMUDEZ; JOHANN BERMUDEZ; RICHARD BERMUDEZ; WILLIAM BERMUDEZ, JR.; CHRISTINA BERMUDEZ; COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES ASSOCIATION OF LEHIGH ACRES, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Kevin C. Karnes will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on July 31, 2025 at 09:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 23 OF COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES A SUBDIVISION OF LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 104 THROUGH 115, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
