Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Lien Foreclosure filed the 28th day of April, 2025, in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, Case No. 24-CC-9043, wherein MANGO CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and RICHARD G. QUINN and MARGENE QUINN are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on May 29, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 13, MANGO CREEK, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 3808, Pages 161 through 224, and amendments thereto, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
