NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 21st day of April 2025, in Civil Action No. 24-CC-005870 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which OAKS AT WHISKEY CREEK II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and DOUGLAS J. GREER, Individually and as Trustee of the DOUGLAS J. GREER Revocable Trust under Agreement dated November 9, 2015 and MARY F. GREER are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of May 2025, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Unit 101, Phase 10, Building 10, THE OAKS AT WHISKEY CREEK II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Instrument No. 2007000174175 and the Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Instrument No. 2014000063032, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
