NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 15, 2025, entered in Case No.: 24-002866-CI of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JEFFREY MCWILLIAMS, an individual, FLIP HOLDINGS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, FH FACTOR, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, COOPER CARLISLE, an individual, and JARED SAMON, an individual, are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on May 28, 2025 at 10:00 AM, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure: Legal:
Lot 27, Block A, Stevenson's Heights, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 13, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
