Pursuant to Chapter 120, Florida Statutes, an amendment to policy (rule) is being proposed regarding Policy 7101 - Building Permits and the Code Enforcement Office; Policy 8400 - Environmental Health and Safety Issues; Policy 84101.01 - Critical Incident Response. No economic impact is expected.

Pursuant to Chapter 120, Florida Statutes, a repeal of policy (rule) is being proposed regarding Policy 8450 - Control of Casual-Contact Communicable Diseases; Policy 8453 - District Contact Communicable Diseases; Policy 8453.01 - Control of Blood-Borne Pathogens. No economic impact is expected.

Pursuant to Chapter 120, Florida Statutes, an adoption of policy (rule) is being proposed regarding Policy 8450 - Control of Communicable Diseases. No economic impact is expected.

An agenda item on this issue will be considered on May 13, 2025, during a meeting of the School Board in the Conference Hall at the School Board of Pinellas County, 301 4th Street SW, Largo, Florida.
