OBERRY; PEARLIE HOGG; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Laura E.
