Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 13, 2025, in Case No.: 2024-CC-001937 of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE ESTATES OF LAKE ST. CHARLES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and DANIEL PAUL and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION N/K/A ANISE PAUL are the Defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, the Clerk of Court for Polk County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., at https://www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on 5/28/2025, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 83, ESTATES OF LAKE ST. CHARLES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 124, PAGE(S) 5 AND 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
