Notice is hereby given that, on May 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at 3276 Mt. Tabor Rd., Lot 30, Lakeland, FL 33810, Southern Oaks Mobile Home Park, LLC, pursuant to Section 715.109, Florida Statutes, shall sell at public sale by competitive bidding the following property abandoned by Steven Brian Gleason, to wit: A certain 1990 NOBI doublewide mobile home, bearing VIN N84739A and N84739B. The name of the former tenant is Southern Property Acquisition, Inc.
All sales are as-is, where-is, with all faults, for cash, and subject to any and all ownership rights, liens, and security interests which have priority under law. The landlord, pursuant to statute, reserves the right to bid on the subject property in an attempt to recover unpaid storage costs and costs of advertising and sale.
