NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-006998 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Towd Point Mortgage Trust 2019-4, U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee, is the Plaintiff and Thomas Horn, MV Realty PBC, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, Villages at Bridgewater Community Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Niyireth Horn, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the June 4, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
