NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 21, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2024CA001142CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and Nakaysha Pullen, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of March, 2025 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 18, MAR-MOCE ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 143 and 144, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida..
