NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AT SUNCOAST LAKES, INC. (the “Association”), entered in this action on the 29th day of April 2025, the Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at a public sale conducted online at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on May 29, 2025 at 11:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 14, Block 11, SUNCOAST LAKES PHASE 3, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 50, Pages 74 through 87, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 10601 Deerberry Drive, Land O'Lakes, FL 34638 ,(the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
