BOGERT, MAKAYLA L. CARON, AND FOUNDATION FINANCE COMPANY LLC are Defendants, the Office of Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Pasco County Clerk
of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash wherein bidding begins at 11:00 a.m. on www.pasco. realforeclose.com, on the 29th day of May 2025, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
