NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Unit “A” of Building 3087, as described in the Declaration of Condominium of GARDENS OF BEACON SQUARE CONDOMINIUM NUMBER FOUR, a Condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 588, Pages 515-576, inclusive, and in Plat Book 11, Pages 7-11, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
With the following street address: 4412 Sunstate Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, 34652.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on June 26, 2025.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
