NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-2024-CA-001417-0001-01 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, PROVIDENT FUNDING ASSOCIATES, L.P., Plaintiff, and MARTHA A. DOWMAN, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Circuit Court, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL will sell to the highest bidder for cash at on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on June 19, 2025 at 11:00 AM, the following described property:
LOT 93 OF SUMMIT PLACE IN NAPLES, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE(S) 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.302.
