YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for dissolution of marriage has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on OTO PATZNER whose address is c/o Law Offices of Gabriela Riza, PA, 46 N Washington Blvd. Suite 1, Sarasota, Fl. 34236 on or before MAY 30, 2025 and file the original with the clerk of this Court at Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail E, Naples, FL 34112 before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
