YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a claim of lien on the following property in MANATEE County, Florida:
UNIT 106-D, BUILDING “E”, BAYSHORE-ON-THE-LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, Section 4, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 954, Pages 995 through 1015, inclusive, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 9, Pages 142 and 143, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action, on Association Assessment Attorneys, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 111 2nd Ave. N.E. Suite 539, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within thirty (30) days of the date of the first publication of this notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
