NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 21, 2023, and entered in 2023CA002958AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and JAMES C. HALLMAN, III; JULIA F. HALLMAN are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on May 28, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, BLOCK 76, COUNTRY CLUB ADDITION TO WHITFIELD ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
