Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 14, 2025 in the above-styled Case Number 2024 CA 004237 NC in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 4, Building A, Imperial Place, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 1369, Pages 1164 through 1210, and as amended, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 14, Pages 14, Pages 18 through 18A and as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Property address of: 5538 Swift Road #4, Sarasota, FL 34231 at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on May 21, 2025. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
