NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2025, and entered in 2024 CA 000005 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein PLANET HOME LENDING, LLC is the Plaintiff and SARAH JAYNE ONEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SARAH JAYNE ONEY are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on May 28, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
