NOTICE OF WORKSHOP & BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING
FOREST BROOKE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
A workshop meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Forest Brooke Community Development District will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 4:30 PM at the Vista Palms Clubhouse, 5019 Grist Mill Court, Wimauma, FL 33598. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained from the District Manager, at 4530 Eagle Falls Place, Tampa, FL 33619. This meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. Immediately following the budget workshop meeting, a regular board of Supervisors meeting will be held.
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors, Staff or other individuals will participate by speaker telephone.

Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
