NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 12, 2024 and an Order Resetting Sale dated April 16, 2025 and entered in Case No. 292024CA006160A001HC of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP. is Plaintiff and CATHERINE L. FOX A/K/A CATHERINE FOX; CKS PRIME INVESTMENTS LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, Victor Crist, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, 10:00 a.m., on May 22, 2025 , the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
A PART OF LOT 8 AND A PART OF LOT 9, BLOCK 15, GROVE PARK ESTATES, UNIT NO. 7, AS PER THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHERN MOST CORNER OF THE SAID LOT 8, (WESTERN MOST CORNER OF THE SAID LOT 9) AND RUN NORTH 62° 46' 45” WEST 50.64 FEET ALONG THE SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF THE SAID LOT 8; THENCE RUN NORTH 27° 13' 15” EAST 108 FEET TO THE NORTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY OF THE SAID LOT 8; THENCE RUN SOUTH 62° 46' 45” EAST 67 FEET ALONG THE NORTHEASTERLY BOUNDARIES OF THE SAID LOTS 8 AND 9 TO A POINT 16.36 FEET SOUTHEASTERLY FROM THE NORTHERN MOST CORNER OF THE SAID LOT 9; THENCE RUN SOUTH 27° 13' 15” WEST 108 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF AND 67 FEET NORTHWESTERLY OF THE SOUTHERN MOST CORNER OF THE SAID LOT 9, THENCE RUN NORTH 62° 46' 45” WEST 16.36 FEET ALONG THE SAID SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF LOT 9 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING AND IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
