WADDICK; LAURA WADDICK; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM AS NOMINEE FOR RBS CITIZENS, N.A.; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, are defendants. Victor D.
