HOME FORECLOSURE DEFENSE, LLC, a dissolved Florida limited liability company; the grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, and other claimants, who may claim some right, title or interest under or through Home foreclosure Defense, LLC; the UNKNOWN TENANTS of Home Foreclosure Defense, LLC, if any, and their heirs, devisees, grantees, lienors, creditors, trustees, successors, and assigns; REGIONS BANK and its successors and assigns; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, and THE CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA, defendants.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment dated the 4th day of May, 2025, and entered in Case No. #2024-CA-5277 Div G of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida., the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 25, Block 64, and Lot 6, Block 65, both in Clair-Mel City- Section “A” Unit 4, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in plat Book 45, Page(s) 15, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
The judicial sale will be conducted electronically on-line at the following website: http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 11 day of June, 2025. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed
