NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 24-CA-004588 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Mortgage Lenders Investment Trading Corporation d/b/a RP Funding f/k/a R P Funding, Inc is the Plaintiff and Alan Lane a/k/a Alan D. Lane; Unknown Spouse of Alan Lane a/k/a Alan D. Lane; Technology Credit Union; The Westwood Homeowners Association of Walden Lake, Inc.; Walden Lake Community Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Victor D. Crist, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of June, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
