NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 23-CA-015245 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and TRUSTEE PARTNERS OF MID FLORIDA, LLC, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE C. CLARK & FAMILY LAND TRUST, U/T/D DATED AUGUST 7, 2019; CYPRESS CREEK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JOHN DOE, are Defendants.
VICTOR D. CRIST, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 23rd day of June, 2025, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 5, CYPRESS CREEK PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE 282, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
