NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 7, Building G, of Island Club of Tarpon Springs, Phase I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 5768, Page(s) 955, and as amended in Official Records Book 5808, Page 694 (to add Phase I) and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1500 Sunset Road, #G7, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 5, 2025.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
