NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 01, 2023, and an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated April 24, 2025, issued in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in Case No. 22-001456-CI, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is the Plaintiff, and JESSICA MINER and JAY BEZANSON are the Defendants.
