NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 23, 2025, and entered in Case No. 24-002257-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-QO8 , is the Plaintiff and Debra Robinson aka Debra M. Robinson, Tony Robinson, Regency West Apartments II Association, M.A. Shelton Construction, LLC, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the June 4, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT NO. 531, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF REGENCY WEST APARTMENTS II, A CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3416, PAGES 310 THROUGH 355, INCLUSIVE, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 77 THROUGH 81, INCLUSIVE, BOTH IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
