Final Judgment was awarded on April 30, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2024CA002441000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING, INC. is the Plaintiff, and MAURICE WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAURICE WILLIAMS; SOUTHERN DUNES MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 145, KOKOMO BAY PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 122, PAGE(S) 3 AND 4 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
