NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 7, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 2020CA001102000000 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP., Plaintiff and NESTOR F. VALLEJO-MORENO; SANDRA I. VELEZ; PARTNERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; PATTERSON HEIGHTS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on June 11, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
