Notice is given that under a Final Summary Judgment dated May 8, 2025, and in Case No. 2022-CC-007182 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which SOUTHERN DUNES MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC., the Plaintiff and COREY J. BUTLER the Defendant(s), the Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at polk. realforeclose.com, at 10:00am on August 4, 2025, the following described property set forth in the Final Summary Judgment:
Lot 51, Southern Dunes Estates Addition, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 110, Page 47, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
