NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 8, 2025, issued in and for Polk County, Florida, in Case No. 2024CA002499000000, wherein AFL HECM LLC is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, SPOUSES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DORIS LANELL WHITE, DECEASED, ROBERT LEE BOYNE A/K/A ROBERT BOYNE, ALLEN BOYNE, CHRISTOPHER DAVID WHITE A/K/A CHRISTOPHER WHITE, PEGGY JANAN DUNAWAY A/K/A PEGGY DUNAWAY A/K/A JAN DUNAWAY, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR POLK COUNTY, CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A. and CITY OF WINTER HAVEN, A FLORIDA MUNICIPAL CORPORATION are the Defendants.
