Notice of Revised Meeting Dates for
Remainder of Fiscal Year 2024-2025 for the
Ballantrae Community Development District
Notice is hereby given that the remainder regular meetings of the Board of Supervisors of the Ballantrae Community Development District will now be held on the following dates at 6:30 p.m. at the Ballantrae Community Center, located at 17611 Mentmore Blvd., Land O'Lakes, Florida:
Tuesday June 10, 2025
Thursday July 17, 2025
Thursday August 21, 2025
Thursday September 18, 2025
These meetings will replace the previously advertised meetings for the remainder of the fiscal year. The meetings will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for community development districts. Any meeting may be continued with no additional notice to a date, time and place to be specified on the record at a meeting. There may be occasions when one or more supervisors will participate by telephone or other remote device.
A copy of the agenda for the meetings will be available 7 days prior to the meetings on the District's website at https://www.ballantraecdd.org/ or upon request from Patricia Thibault, the District Manager at [email protected].
Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in these meetings is asked to contact the District Manager via the email above or via phone at 407.221.9153, at least 48 hours before the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at the meetings is advised that the person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
