Notice of Budget Workshop of the
Concord Station Community Development District
The Concord Station Community Development District will hold a budget workshop on Wednesday May 28, 2025, at 6:30p.m. at the Concord Station Clubhouse located at 18636 Mentmore Blvd., Land O'Lakes FL 34638.
The purpose of the workshop is to discuss the proposed Fiscal Year 2025-2026 operations and maintenance Budget and assessments. A copy of the agenda for the workshop will be available 7 days prior to the workshop on the District's website at https://www.concordstationcdd.com/ or upon request from Patricia Thibault, the District Manager at [email protected].
The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. It may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such workshop. There may be an occasion where one or more supervisors will participate by telephone.
