NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, will at 11:00 a.m. on the 28th day of May, 2025, at public sale at www.charlotterealforclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, the following-described real property:
Unit B-2, Aqua Gardens Townhouse, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 620, Page 164, as amended in O.R. Book 649, Page 93; Book 123 and Book 777, Page 1185, all of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, and survey, plot plan and graphic description thereof recorded in Condominium Book 2, Pages 45A thru 450, as amended at Condominium Book 2, Pages 47A thru 50N and at Condominium Book 4, Pages 44A thru 44N, all of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the County Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 24000335CC.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
