NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, will at 11:00 a.m. on the 4th day of June, 2025, at public sale at www.charlotterealforclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, the following-described real property:
Unit A, VILLA EST A II, a Condominium, as per the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 904, Page 104, together with any amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 7, Pages 7 A through 7C, inclusive, as amended, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the County Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 24001368CC
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
