IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA - CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on June 5, 2025 at eleven o'clock a.m. held in the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit No. C-11, of MARCO INN VILLAS APARTMENTS OF MARCO, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. Book 440, Page 7 and all exhibits and amendments thereof, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
