YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you for foreclosure of Plaintiff's lien for such unpaid amounts due to the above-named Plaintiff for the following premises located in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 187, Imperial Wilderness Condominium, Section One, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1116, Pages 1807 through 1859, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements and all other appurtenances to such unit as set forth in said Declaration. Subject to all of the terms, provisions, conditions, rights, privileges, obligations, easements and liens set forth and contained in said Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits, supplements and amendments thereto, and all instruments referred to therein.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on the Plaintiff's attorney, Todd B. Allen, Esq., Lindsay & Allen, PLLC, 5692 Strand Court, Suite 1, Naples, FL 34110, within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
