NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment for Lien Foreclosure dated May 6, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2024CC003489 of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court, Angelina Colonneso, will publicly sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on June 12, 2025, the following described property:
LOT 42, RIVER PLANTATION, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 85 THROUGH 106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the Clerk of the Court reports the surplus as unclaimed.
