NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2024CA000612AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein PennyMac Loan Services, LLC is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Michael G. Mortimer a/k/a Michael Gerard Mortimer a/k/a Michael Mortimer, Deceased; Kyanna Maria-Ebonee Mortimer a/k/a Kyanna M. Mortimer a/k/a Kyanna Mortimer; Alexa Nicole Mortimer a/k/a Alexa Mortimer; Keybank National Association; Cavalry SPV I, LLC, as assignee of Synchrony Bank/Walmart; Harrison Ranch Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Unknown Spouse of Melissa Joy Mortimer a/k/a Melissa Mortimer are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 24th day of June, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 109, HARRISON RANCH, PHASE 1B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE(S) 161, THROUGH 204, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
