ESTATE OF WILLIAM H. FERGUSON, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION,

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, QUAIL'S RUN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF ENGLEWOOD, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 10205, QUAIL'S RUN, PHASE X, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1337, Page 1727, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 13, Page 24, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. With the following street address: 10 Quails Run Blvd., #8, Englewood, Florida, 34223
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg, Nikoloff P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
