NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING & AUDIT COMMITTEE
THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE
WATERSET CENTRAL COMMUNITY DVELOPEMENT DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the Waterset Central Community Development District will hold an Audit Committee meeting on June 11th at 5:15p.m. followed by a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. at The Waterset Club located at 7821 Paradiso Drive, Apollo Beach, Florida 33572. The Board of Supervisors of the District will hold its special meeting to consider any business that properly comes before it.
The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting. A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained from the District Office, 3434 Colwell Avenue Suite 200, Tampa, Florida 33614. There may be an occasion where one or more supervisors will participate by speaker telephone.
Any person requiring special accommodations to participate in these meetings is asked to contact the District Office at (813) 933-5571, at least 48 hours before the meeting. A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that such person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
